Perfect! I will never use anyone else for a move. From the drop off, to the quick arrival, to the courteous people who work there. I paid HALF as much as was quoted by "pods", and everything was perfect. Moving is stressful. U-pack made it less so. I am very grateful to them.

It was really important for me to write this review because I researched U-Pack for a very long time and I saw a ton of awful reviews. I am not sure what those customers experienced, but my move was FLAWLESS. They offered the best price, the easiest load and unload options. I can not recommend this company and this way of moving enough. (As a reference point we moved from NC to CO)
Best moving experience I have had moving myself (I move a lot). The company was able to help me pretty last minute with a small window to pick up and drop off, and to top it off when plans had to change because of an accident the day of drop off they were patient and helpful. Everyone at customer service and both freight drivers were friendly and kind. They also hands down offered the best price. Can't beat this! Moving is stressful, but this experience took some of that stress away!
