Very unwilling to work with any special request. I’m a small business owner that will rent box trucks from time to time. Our hours of operation start from 4am untill 2pm. Would not let me pick up early or the evening before, even though it was sitting in the back. Wanted to charge me an extra day for it to sit at my place till we started. Went to another company a couple blocks away that charges for a true 24 hour day. Same truck, same price, much better service. Could pick it up at 5 pm the night before, return anytime the next day. Will NOT be using Ryder again.
