Not a good experience at all. Took my kids here after getting our new chicks and wanted to get some starter supplies. After we were all excited it soon became a disappointment and aggravation there. My kids were well behaved and none of them seemed to be kid friendly people. What we got were attitudes and cashiers chowing down on some chips talking about having IBS while at the checkout counter!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! May need to improve this a bit! Or wipe the slate clean and get new employees that want to help!
I work down the road and enjoy spending my money here to buy fun homemade treats for my dogs on my little lunch break. It's a relaxing place to spend 30 minutes away from my desk because there are usually kittens, dogs, and other furry creatures to love.
Love love love! I cant say enough about this store! They are great with dogs,cats, and a host of other animals. They sell feeder rats and mice super important to the reptile community!
