Lowe's is a great home improvement store. It is well stocked and they have the absolute best discounted plants and flowers anywhere in the whole country. I always go to the one in Jefferson La. Go Lowe's!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this Lowes is. The workers are very friendly and helped me pick out the right items for my project. I usually shop at Home Depot, however I did notice that when an item is inexpensive Home Depot doesn't carry it at the stores. You would have to buy that item offline. While Lowe's was a little more expensive then Home Depot, they did carry inexpensive items as well as the more expensive brands. I also found some real values there today. I'm going to continue to shop at Lowe's.
Otherwise this place sucks!
I have needed to get information on products availability and no one answers phones. Not once but several times. Not a way to manage a store.

How incompetent can you be? This is not the first time this has happened, but the worst. All I'm trying to do is buy stuff! Only one line outside of self checkout is open(I couldn't do self checkout because I have some washers... and the lady there was on the phone so she wouldn't help) So I walk up to that line, she closes it in my face and says I have to go to self checkout and the girl will help. I go back to there, she's still on the phone and she says "I can't check you out" and aggravated I go to customer service to check out, and both people there are on the phone! And now I'm wasting even more time writing this because I hope everyone goes to Home Depot or a different Lowe's!
