Today I had the pleasure of meeting the most polite and helpful young man by the name of Kevin. Kevin was most patient as I changed my mind several times in making a decision as to which sofa to purchase. His eye for detail in choosing coordinating fabrics was awesome. I gladly give him a 5 star rating which was well deserved.
My wife and I went to Compass furniture after looking at many local furniture websites. Compass had what we were looking for in a bedroom set for our son who is getting older. The prices seemed very reasonable as well. Upon entering the store our salesman Nat was friendly and simply asked what we were shopping for and showed us the styles we requested. There was never any pressure to show us anything else. After talking with us and showing us the styles we were interested in he asked if he could show us one more bedroom that he felt our son would like and he was right. The set he showed us had all of the elements we needed but it was more contemporary and our son loved it. The price was well within our budget and we received a discount for donating to the local food bank. I can't say enough about how thorough and friendly Mr Nat was. I will not hesitate to give Compass my business and I recommend them to everyone I know.
My furniture shopping experience at Compass was outstanding. My husband and I had just moved from Texas and we ended up walking into Compass Furniture about 1 hour before they closed for the day. We were greeted immediately by Kevin. I was thoroughly impressed with Kevin's attention to detail, his ability to listen and interpret what style we wanted (even though I had a hard time articulating the style), and his efficiency. Every piece of furniture he showed us was something my husband and I actually considered. Even though it was so close to closing, not once did I feel rushed or pressured to buy something. We ended up getting a unique bedroom set and actually went back a couple of days later to buy a sectional and TV stand from Compass Furniture and worked with Kevin once again. Delivery was fast (within a couple of days) and the delivery guys assembled and moved the furniture exactly where we wanted it.
Shopping at Compass was a great experience. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products they have and i love the product that i purchased. I will continue to shop for furniture here at Compass for my new home!!
Kevin was excellent! Very knowledge with a great personality. He was not only pleasant to work with but very complimentary towards me regarding my color choices and selections.
I will definitely be going back to Compass furniture for my future furniture needs. If you want a great, efficient experience, ask for Kevin!
